How accurate is the data? ▾
Data is sourced directly from SEC EDGAR Form D filings. We parse the official primary_doc.xml for each filing and update continuously. If you spot an error, email me and I'll fix it.
How often is it updated? ▾
New filings typically appear within a few hours of being published on EDGAR.
Can I expense this? ▾
Yes — invoices are emailed automatically and include line items suitable for expense reports. For team or annual invoicing, email [email protected].
